Any reservation requires an advance payment, for 14 nights (days) prior to arrival (rent), prepayment is 30%, less than 14 nights before arrival - 100% advance payment, in case of cancellation, 20% of the advance payment. The rest of the amount and a security deposit, if any, must be paid on the day of settlement. Mandatory advance payment of 50% for the dates from December 1 to March 31. If the cancellation is made 90 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of cancellation of the reservation before the arrival date more than 90 days - a fine of 20% of the prepayment amount.
